Verification and timing
We verify requests by matching the email or phone number in our records, and may ask for one more detail. We reply within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice).
Borrowers of our clients
If you are a borrower who used a loan officer's website we host, contact that loan officer or their company. We will help them respond.
Authorised agents and appeals
You may use an authorised agent with your signed permission. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; we respond within 45 days.
