Sending a notice
Send: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you believe infringes; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Use the contact page and choose "Other", or the email shown via its Show email button, with "DMCA notice" in the subject.
Counter-notices
If content you provided was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore the content unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We may end services for clients who repeatedly infringe.
