Refunds and cancellation

Monthly plans
Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. Service continues to the end of the notice period. Fees already billed for the current month are not refunded.
Setup fees
Setup fees are fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we start writing your copy. After writing starts, setup fees are non-refundable because the work has begun.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid up front at a discount and run for 12 months. If you cancel within 14 days of the start and before launch, we refund the annual fee minus one month at the monthly price. After that, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may downgrade at renewal.
Ad spend and pass-through fees
Ad spend is billed by Meta or Google to you and is not refundable by us. SMS carrier and registration fees are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once incurred.
After cancellation
We export your contacts and conversation history on request, transfer your domain settings to you, and you keep the copy we wrote for you. Hosting and the CRM end with your plan.
How to cancel
Email us (Show email on the contact page) or tell your account contact. We confirm in writing within one business day.
